In-Depth Transformational Leaning
Omek’s workshops cover an array of topics from understanding purpose to enhancing relationships, from getting in touch with our creative fire to teaching meditation techniques, and even exercises for self-massage and renewed vitality. A range of modalities are used, including drawing, meditation, dialogue and mime. Opening exercises are geared at generating new ways of thinking and helping the group feel comfortable with each other. New concepts are introduced in a way that is accessible to each member of the group. Participants then process these ideas through the various exercises and study of textual passages.
Inner Vision Seminar
A transformative experience, the Inner Vision Seminar combines creative exercises and discussion with Kabbalistic insights that shed light on one’s soul powers and inner form. Soul Flames
A unique workshop exploring the Shabbat candles and their correspondence to the soul based on the teachings of Kabbala. These insights are coupled with a written exercise and a profound meditation. In this way, participants experience the eternal Shabbat lights with both mind and heart, empowering themselves to personally become a candle that illuminates the world.

A very interactive workshop designed to help singles gain insights on dating and marriage and to meet in a new and meaningful way.

Creative Cave
A two-hour workshop involving drawing, work with play-dough, group debate and analysis of a brief mystical text, aimed at giving the participant an understanding of the creative process and our universal partnership with God in bringing the world to its completion.
Tu B’Shvat Seder
The Tu B’Shvat Seder anticipates the liberation of all humanity, at which time we will be initiated into the rectified Garden of Eden and will eat fruit from the Tree of Life. Shimona conducts this Kabbalistic feast in celebration of birth and renewal, addressing today’s concern with the environment and the inner landscape of the soul. The mystical meal becomes a celebration of the redemption of the both people and the planet.
The Waters that Keep the Fires Burning
This workshop incorporates a critical analysis of a Biblical text, drawing, writing and dialogue to explore dynamics around the marital relationship. Shimona addresses such issues as accurate framing of self, understanding the other, the key ingredients of a happy marriage, moving beyond body image and concepts of mystical purity within the marital relationship.
Back to the Future
A two-hour workshop that helps participants explore the conscious and unconsious factors that limit them both from within and without, and how they can break free. It incorporates an analysis of the influence of natural and environmental dynamics on our inner make-up at both the macrocosmic and microcosmic levels. The springboard for this workshop is the first commandment to the first Jew, Abraham, to "go forth" from all he had and was.
Putting the “U” Back in J-daism
This workshop explores the relationship between the individual and the group and the unique mission of each individual. The workshop incorporates music, rhythm, lecture and discussion. Presented by Shimona with the assistance of a professional musician.
